About The Position

As a Hallmark Merchandiser, you work independently in assigned retail stores to showcase organization and time-management skills, build retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory, and may support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may work with other companies’ products in the stores you service. The work takes place in Hallmark departments at grocery, drug, department, and mass-retail stores. You are responsible for the Hallmark product displays at your assigned stores. Day-to-day work includes restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark inventory, using a Hallmark-provided mobile device for work tasks and communications, and interacting professionally with store employees, management, and customers. Seasonal demand may mean additional workdays and extended hours around major holidays. You may also help install fixtures, relocate card departments and products, and reset card sections. Remodel assignments are typically communicated two weeks in advance and may take place in the evening or on weekends. This is a part-time position averaging 8–12 hours per week, with a variable schedule during the work week. The starting pay is $13.00–$15.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Hallmark provides paid training through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Part-time employees may have access to voluntary benefits, and eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
