About The Position

Souto Foods is seeking a Bilingual Merchandiser to organize and maintain product spaces in customer stores, with the goal of improving sales and profitability. The role coordinates store setups, pricing, deliveries, inventory, and product placement while building constructive relationships with customers and supporting company objectives.

Requirements

• Two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• One to two years of retail experience.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule store setups with owners or managers.
• Check customer pricing to ensure it is correct and competitive.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and customers.
• Monitor product stock and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear-outs.
• Maintain store shelves and inventory, including organizing spaces with point-of-purchase materials.
• Build constructive customer expectations and support company objectives.
• Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan products and stock.
