About The Position

The Hallmark Merchandiser works independently in assigned retail stores to showcase Hallmark products, maintain inventory, optimize product placement, and build relationships with local store teams. The role includes restocking, organizing, and monitoring products, using a Hallmark-provided mobile device for work tasks and communication, and maintaining the full Hallmark product display at assigned stores. Merchandisers may also support seasonal resets, installations, and fellow team members in nearby territories. The position averages 7–10 hours per week on a variable schedule during the work week. Seasonal demand may mean additional workdays and extended hours before and after major holidays; some holiday work may include weekends or the holiday itself. Reset and remodel assignments may involve evenings or weekends, and employees are typically notified two weeks in advance of remodel assignments. Starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training.
