As a Merchandiser, you work independently to showcase organization and time-management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory, and may support colleagues with seasonal resets and installations. The role may occasionally involve working with products from other companies in the stores you service. You perform service work in Hallmark departments at retail stores, including grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. The work includes day-to-day restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products; holiday support during seasonal demand; and, when assigned, department resets, fixture installations, relocations, and card-section resets. You are responsible for the Hallmark product display at assigned stores and use a Hallmark-provided mobile device for work tasks and communication. You are part of a field network that may support other merchandisers in their territories. This part-time position has a variable work-week schedule, averaging 8–10 hours per week. Pay starts at $13.00–$15.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Availability around major holidays, including some weekends, and for seasonal changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support is required. The job involves working on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms and is physically demanding.
