The Habilitative Program Administrator (HPA) will serve as a member of the Washington State Clinical Team, creating and overseeing habilitative plans for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in the Supported Living Program in Vancouver. This role involves developing Functional Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) based on direct observation and data collection, as well as creating Individual Support Plan Programs. The HPA will train team members on plan implementation, partner with program directors, and utilize an electronic data collection system (Therap) to review data and compile progress reports. Additionally, the role includes maintaining tracking spreadsheets for due dates and meetings, staying updated on state policy changes, communicating with external stakeholders like guardians and DDCS partners, and attending support planning meetings.
