About The Position

The Club Manager owns sales performance goals and new client acquisition for the facility. The role involves understanding potential clients’ backgrounds, goals, and motivations, building trust, and identifying solutions that support healthier lives. The Club Manager manages day-to-day tasks, welcomes guests and members, sells memberships and training services, and leads staff as a cohesive team. The position calls for self-motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication, and the ability to influence others positively.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor.
Genuine and honest character.
Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Technologically savvy.
Self-motivated.
Able to manage time and schedules.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fitness-industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads into members through membership and training sales.
Build relationships with local businesses and community influencers to promote the brand through business-to-business marketing.
Help coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach using resources from corporate teams.
Lead and motivate staff to achieve results and foster a trusting, positive environment for members and guests.
Handle day-to-day club operations, which may include running reports and cleaning, as needed.
Create an environment that encourages members and guests to share positive experiences.
Deliver high-quality customer service and seek to improve the lives of members and guests.
