About The Position

As the Club Manager, you will own sales performance goals and new client acquisition for your facility. You will learn about potential clients’ backgrounds, goals, and motivations, then build trust and identify solutions that support their health journeys. This role manages day-to-day tasks, welcomes guests and members, sells memberships and training services, and leads staff as a cohesive team. It calls for self-motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication, and the ability to influence others positively.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Friendly, outgoing, and warm.
Genuine and honest.
Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Technologically savvy.
Self-motivated.
Able to manage time and schedules effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fitness-industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Own sales performance goals and acquire new clients for the facility.
Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert membership and training leads into members.
Build relationships with local businesses and influencers to promote the brand through B2B marketing.
Help coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts using resources from corporate teams.
Lead and motivate staff, fostering a trusting and positive environment for members and guests.
Handle day-to-day club operations, which may include running reports and cleaning as needed.
Welcome guests and members and deliver high-quality customer service.
Create an environment that encourages members and guests to share positive experiences.
