About The Position

The Guestroom Attendant is an essential member of the housekeeping team, responsible for cleaning and replenishing guest rooms, completing a designated number of rooms per shift, and maintaining supplies. The role supports the Rooms Division in keeping the hotel clean and in excellent condition. Attendants provide courteous service, warmly engage with guests, and help ensure guest rooms and public areas meet property standards.

Requirements

Desire to work in a fast-paced role.

Nice To Haves

Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications.

Responsibilities

Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.
Clean and maintain all guestrooms to property-specific standards.
Clean and replenish the designated number of rooms within the assigned shift.
Maintain housekeeping cart supplies and organization.
Check rooms and report damage, repair needs, or lost supplies.
Monitor cleanliness of all indoor and outdoor public areas on the property.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
Greet and warmly engage guests.
Complete tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager.
