About The Position

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is hiring a Temporary Full Time Guestroom Attendant - Self Inspector. The role reports to the Director of Housekeeping and is responsible for cleaning guest rooms to exacting standards to create comfortable stays for guests. The successful candidate is an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, a passion for service and hospitality, and a willingness to work as a team player and accept assignments as needed to promote teamwork.

The position is scheduled five days per week for 40 hours. It is a temporary full-time assignment starting at three months, with the possibility of extension based on the Resort’s business needs. The role pays $30.91 per hour and includes the benefits of a regular full-time Four Seasons employee.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the duration of a shift.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• Passion for service and hospitality.
• Willingness to work as a team player and accept assignments as needed.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean a set number of guest rooms during each shift.
• Remove dirty towels and sheets and replace them with clean ones.
• Make beds, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of guest rooms.
• Restock amenities such as shampoos, lotions, and cotton balls.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
