About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Overnight Guest Services Supervisor to assist the Front Office Management Team. The role provides attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests before arrival and throughout their stay while helping maximize room revenue and occupancy. As part of the leadership team, the supervisor guides, supports, and inspires associates and helps deliver exceptional guest experiences through effective team leadership, prompt issue resolution, and a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field.
• Computer experience required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility required.

Nice To Haves

• College courses in hotel/motel management are helpful.
• Previous hospitality or related experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Approach all interactions with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Ensure associates are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow associates.
• Complete and verify accurate bucket checks, room rate verification reports, housekeeping reports, and daily front office checklists.
• Assist the AFOM and FOM in ensuring associates follow and maintain standards, including answering phones, callbacks to guests, and maintaining the guest request log in a timely manner.
• Support the Front Office Management Team while providing efficient guest service and helping maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Guide, support, and inspire associates; help resolve issues promptly and maintain a welcoming environment.
