About The Position

As a Guest Services Representative at Traditions Hospitality Group’s Lake Crest Casino Hotel in Ardmore, Oklahoma, you will help ensure that guests receive exceptional service from arrival through departure. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create memorable guest experiences. The position is part-time, with an hourly pay range of $14.00 to $16.00 and shifts that may vary. You will have access to training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license, if applicable.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance in accordance with presentation and uniform standards.
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks according to guest needs and operational requirements.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Keep the lobby and guest areas clean and tidy.
Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements as needed.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
Follow established security and emergency procedures.
