Responsible for providing accurate, timely information to guests about hotel policies, services, and amenities, ensuring optimum guest service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to maintain a professional, positive demeanor in stressful situations, always remaining polite to guests
Nice To Haves
- Some college courses in Hotel Management preferred
- Previous guest service experience preferred
- Previous Hotel/Motel experience preferred
