Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Basic personal computer skills and comfort with the Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide hospital access screening with excellent customer service skills.
- Responsible for screening employees, visitors, patients and vendors who enter the facility.
- Ask screening questions and accurately obtain temperatures.
- Provide appropriate PPE.
- May be responsible for the safe transport of patients via wheelchair.
