About The Position

The Guest Services Rep is responsible for greeting patients and guests with a helpful and caring attitude, ensuring safety in the work area and in the loading/unloading of vehicles. This role also involves driving a golf cart as requested and completing all required Medical Center and Department training. The position adheres to general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment through effective communication, interpersonal relationships, and team building.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission, clean driving record for at least five years.
• Valid applicable state driver's license with no restrictions required.
• CPR certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Level I Qualified Spanish Bilingual Staff (QBS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building.
• Responsible for greeting patients and guests with a helpful and caring attitude.
• Responsible for safety in work area.
• Responsible for safety in loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Drives golf cart as requested.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.
• Completes in a timely manner all Medical Center and Department training requirements.
