About The Position

Oak View Group is hiring part-time Guest Services Event Staff at Doggett Ford Park. As a member of the Guest Services team, you will contribute to a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience for event guests. Staff may work in several areas of the venue, including ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service, and greeting. You will provide directions and information, assist guests, and help maintain a fun and friendly atmosphere. The role pays $12.00–$15.00 per hour. The position will remain open until December 31, 2026.

Requirements

Must enjoy working with and helping people.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Availability to work weekends and evenings.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult situations.
Flexibility to work events indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

Prepare assigned sections for guests by wiping down seats, checking for hazards, and reporting issues to a supervisor.
Welcome guests when gates open with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Scan event tickets and ensure guests use the proper ticket for entry.
Help guests locate their ticketed seats.
Stay alert to potential hazards and report incidents.
Monitor assigned areas for issues and opportunities to create positive guest experiences.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints.
Assist guests in ADA-accessible seating sections.
Follow building policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
Manage foot traffic during large crowds.
Check guest identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases.
Learn the arena emergency evacuation plan and assist guests safely in an emergency.
