About The Position

The Concierge serves as a key ambassador of the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort experience, delivering personalized, anticipatory service that exceeds guest expectations. This role is responsible for curating memorable stays by assisting with reservations, recommendations, and special requests while embodying Omni’s culture of genuine hospitality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a luxury customer service environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Hilton Head Island attractions, dining, and activities is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or hotel systems preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to move throughout the resort as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and stay experience
  • Offer expert knowledge of the resort, local attractions, dining, transportation, and events
  • Arrange guest services including dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, transportation, and excursions
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively suggest activities and enhancements to elevate their stay
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with urgency and professionalism
  • Maintain strong relationships with local vendors and partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Assist with special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) to create memorable moments
  • Accurately document guest preferences and requests in the system for personalized service
  • Support front office operations as needed, including communication with other departments
  • Uphold Omni’s service standards and contribute to a positive team environment
