About The Position
Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to deliver exceptional customer service as part of its team. The role focuses on creating positive customer experiences through friendly interactions, product and membership sales, anticipating customer needs, and helping ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. The specialist also helps maintain clean, inviting, and well-maintained sites and collaborates with coworkers to complete tasks and achieve goals. The work is hands-on, varied, fast-paced, and outdoors. The posted pay is $17–$19 per hour plus tips.
Requirements
- Enjoy making connections with customers and be excited to learn and grow in customer service, retail, or hospitality-type roles.
- Sell with passion and energy.

- Be consistent and reliable, and be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Thank each customer for choosing Mister.
- Anticipate and solve customer needs.

- Keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained.
