About The Position
Mister Car Wash is hiring a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to provide exceptional customer service and support the customer experience at its car wash locations. The role involves greeting customers, selling products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, anticipating and addressing customer needs, and ensuring each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. The position combines hands-on work, customer interaction, and collaboration with team members to keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained. It is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced outdoor environment, meaningful customer connections, and learning and growing in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
