Guest Service Specialist
About The Position
The Guest Service Specialist provides welcoming, attentive service to customers at Mister. The role involves enthusiastically selling products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program, anticipating and addressing customer needs, and helping ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, shiny car. Specialists perform varied, hands-on work, maintain clean and inviting sites, and collaborate with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. The work takes place in a fast-paced outdoor environment and requires availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
