About The Position
Mister Car Wash is hiring a Guest Service Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and support positive customer experiences. The role involves welcoming customers, promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, anticipating and resolving customer needs, and ensuring each customer leaves with a clean, dry, shiny car. Specialists also help keep sites clean and well-maintained and work with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. The position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and requires varied-shift availability, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements

- Keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
