Guest Service Specialist
About The Position
Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to deliver exceptional customer service and support the customer experience. The role involves welcoming customers, promoting car wash products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, addressing customer needs, and helping ensure every customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. The specialist also helps maintain clean, inviting, well-maintained sites and works collaboratively with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
