About The Position
Mister Car Wash is hiring a Guest Service Specialist to deliver customer service and support at its car wash sites. The role focuses on creating positive customer experiences, selling wash products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and helping ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. The position involves varied, hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, maintaining clean and inviting sites, and collaborating with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. Candidates should be comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and being on their feet and lifting as needed.
