About The Position

The Guest Service Specialist provides friendly, energetic customer service in a fast-paced outdoor car-wash environment. The role involves greeting customers, selling products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, anticipating and resolving customer needs, and helping ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. Specialists also maintain clean, inviting, well-kept sites and work with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. The position offers varied, hands-on work and requires availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
