About The Position

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to help maintain a safe and secure environment. The officer serves as a helpful professional resource while ensuring people on the property follow safety protocols. This is a part-time position at a site in Menasha, Wisconsin, paying $16.00–$18.00 per hour. No prior experience is necessary.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Must remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Must respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Must participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
