About The Position
Mister Car Wash is hiring a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to deliver exceptional customer service and support customer experiences at its car wash sites. The role involves welcoming customers, promoting products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program, addressing customer needs, and helping ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. Specialists also help keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained and collaborate with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with varied shifts that include weekends and holidays. Mister Car Wash offers industry-leading training programs covering its culture, brand standards, and operational playbook, along with opportunities for career growth. The advertised pay is $16–$18 per hour plus tips.
