About The Position

The Guest Service Representative is the first point of contact for residents and program participants. The role supports registrations, facility bookings, membership sales, and general inquiries. The position works 8–12 hours per week, with shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Weekend shifts may be available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be dependable and able to exercise good judgment in difficult situations.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well with the public and other staff.
• Ability to follow direction and work independently.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Handle registrations, rentals, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Balance daily receipts and prepare deposits.
• Use RecTrac/WebTrac systems and complete clerical tasks accurately.
