About The Position

Lunds & Byerlys Apple Valley is hiring a part-time Morning Food Service Clerk to create a welcoming shopping experience for customers. The position pays $16.00–$18.00 per hour. The store operates seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; this employee will be scheduled for shifts within the 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. range.

The Food Service Clerk assists customers and handles deli merchandise, including slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, stocking, rotating, and staging products. The role also involves maintaining a clean department and creating a safe, welcoming environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in deli or food service.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
