About The Position

The Hampton Inn in Laplace, Louisiana, is seeking a fun, friendly, and energetic individual to join its guest service team. The associate provides superior customer service to guests throughout their stay and may perform additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager and/or General Manager. This is a part-time position initially, with the possibility of additional hours depending on reliability and job performance. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required. A background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Accept reservations by phone and in person.
• Collect and post payments and charges.
• Provide information about the hotel and surrounding area.
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager and/or General Manager.
• Provide superior customer service to guests throughout their stay.
