About The Position

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for various front desk operations, including guest registration, key issuance, and check-out procedures, often utilizing specialized property management systems. This role involves direct guest relations, where the agent will greet guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. The agent will also act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments such as Housekeeping and Maintenance. Administrative duties include handling cash and credit card transactions, managing billing, and maintaining accurate records. Furthermore, the role requires ensuring guest privacy and maintaining a secure, clean, and organized front desk area.
