We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team… As a Guest Service Agent, you will combine exceptional hospitality with efficient front desk operations to ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.

Requirements

  • Some experience working with the public is preferred
  • A guest‑focused mindset with comfort interacting with a diverse public
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • While hospitality experience is not necessary
  • Some college coursework preferred
  • bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience from check‑in through check‑out with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Create a welcoming, sophisticated, and engaging lobby environment
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve questions or concerns
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Build rapport with returning guests and personalize service whenever possible
  • Accurately process reservations, room assignments, billing, and payment transactions
  • Maintain organized front desk operations and clear communication across shifts
  • Assist with airport shuttle dispatch
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, security, housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure seamless service
  • Assist other hotel departments as needed to support guest satisfaction
