About The Position

The Guest Services Agent works from the on-island Quarterdeck at Little Palm Island, assisting island guests and visiting yachts with information and directions in person, by phone, and over the radio. The role serves as a central hub for information and communication about island happenings and professionally communicates guests’ needs to the appropriate departments to help create an exceptional guest experience.
