About The Position

European Wax Center is the nation's leading provider of out-of-home waxing services, with over 1,000 locations across the U.S. The Guest Sales Associate shapes each guest’s experience from start to finish by delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. The associate works with a team to help guests feel confident and comfortable, while supporting center operations and sales. The role includes a base pay of $15.50 per hour, with commission opportunities on Wax Pass sales and performance bonuses. Effort, performance, and guest connections directly affect earnings. Benefits are available to eligible associates. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and accepted through 10/30/2026; the position may be filled sooner. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The job description provides a general overview, and additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Manage opening and closing procedures and help ensure smooth daily operations.
Engage with guests to understand their needs, recommend relevant services and retail products, and create personalized experiences.
Drive sales by educating guests about services, Wax Pass benefits, retail products, and current promotions.
Meet or exceed individual and center sales goals.
Manage front desk and retail areas, including restocking and organization.
Deliver personalized guest experiences using brand standards and service techniques.
Follow company policies, dress code, scheduling, and safety standards.
Participate in training sessions, community events, and marketing initiatives.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisory or management personnel.
