About The Position
European Wax Center is the nation’s leading provider of out-of-home waxing services, with over 1,000 locations across the U.S. The company trains experts to deliver a consistent, high standard of care so every guest leaves feeling confident. As a Guest Sales Associate, you will shape each guest’s experience from start to finish by providing exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You will work with a team to help guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable. Commission earnings on wax pass sales and performance bonuses provide additional earning opportunities; effort, performance, and guest connections can affect earnings. Flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts. The role is located at 940 Northwest Pryor Road, Unit F, Lee’s Summit, Missouri 64081. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and accepted through 10/2/2026, though the position may be filled earlier.
Requirements
- Friendly, positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to reach items stored at various heights.
