About The Position
European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Sales Associate to provide guests with a first-class waxing experience. The associate uses product knowledge and sales expertise to assess guest needs, explain product features and Wax Pass benefits, and support company sales goals. The role includes comprehensive training, competitive pay, performance incentives, and opportunities for career growth. This is a key holder position requiring the ability to open and close the center.
Requirements
- Reliable and able to understand the sales process.

- Able to provide exceptional customer service.
- Able to responsibly open and close the center.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Maintain a professional appearance.

- Sales experience is strongly preferred but not required.
