About The Position

European Wax Center is the nation's leading provider of out-of-home waxing services, with over 1,000 locations across the U.S. The Guest Sales Associate helps shape each guest’s experience from start to finish by delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. The role works alongside a team to help guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin. Compensation includes hourly base pay, commission earnings on wax pass sales, and performance bonuses. Employee benefits are available to eligible associates. Requirements

• Flexible availability, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift or move up to 25 lbs., and reach items stored at various heights.
