Guest Sales Associate
About The Position
European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Sales Associate to shape each guest’s experience from start to finish by delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. The associate works alongside a team to help guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable. Commission earnings on wax pass sales and performance bonuses provide additional earning opportunities; earnings are influenced by the associate’s effort, performance, and guest connections. This role is based at 9579 S University Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126. Flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis through October 2, 2026, and the position may be filled before that date. Requirements
- Friendly, positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and reach items stored at various heights.
