About The Position

Chandler Park Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Guest Relations team member to greet and assist visitors and residents, answer incoming calls, and direct callers to appropriate personnel. The role builds relationships with residents, families, and vendors through positive communication and a focus on customer satisfaction. The schedule is Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend, at 2643 Chandler Drive, Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a similar role; senior living or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, and to act as a positive leader.
• Practical interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and good decision-making skills.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with residents and co-workers.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds; bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach; and sit for long periods.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, new employees, and vendors upon entrance.
• Serve as a point of reference for residents and families seeking assistance or information.
• Monitor visitor access and immediately report concerns to the Executive Director.
• Maintain first-impression standards in the entryway and common areas for residents and visitors.
• Participate in and support the team in meeting resident needs.
• Prepare tour folders for prospects and walk-in tours.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Answer calls, assess callers’ needs, forward calls to appropriate personnel, and help ensure customer needs are met appropriately and quickly.
