About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Guest Relations Representative for its Guest-Hospitality Services department at Prairie Cardiovascular in Springfield, Illinois. The role greets patients and visitors and directs them to the appropriate area, answers and routes telephone calls, and maintains strict patient confidentiality when handling calls and information related to patients and colleagues. The representative also contacts leaders by telephone when candidates arrive for interviews.

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional weekend coverage. The schedule is 40 hours per week. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $22.28; actual pay is based on factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred.
• One year of telephone experience is preferred.
