About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Guest Relations Representative for Guest-Hospitality Services at Prairie Cardiovascular in Springfield, Illinois. The representative greets patients and visitors and directs them to the appropriate area, answers and routes telephone calls, and protects patient confidentiality when handling calls and information about patients and colleagues. The role also involves contacting leaders by telephone when candidates arrive for interviews. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional weekend coverage. The position is budgeted for 40 hours per week.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED is preferred.
One year of customer service experience is preferred.
One year of telephone experience is preferred.
