About The Position
The Guest Relations Representative serves as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. The role provides a welcoming and genuine environment and addresses concerns to help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. Part-time (24 hours per week) and Flexi (8 hours per week) statuses are available, with multiple shifts available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members.
- Provide a welcoming and genuine environment.
- Address concerns to help ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience.
