About The Position
Silverspot Cinema is seeking friendly, outgoing Guest Relations team members to welcome guests and serve as a resource for questions about the cinema. The role involves providing a positive first impression, assisting guests with ticketing and navigation, and maintaining clean guest-facing areas. Shifts include evenings and weekends. Paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, health insurance, and supplemental benefits are specified for full-time employees. Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, people-oriented manner and interest in creating positive first impressions.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident presence.
- Detail-oriented and able to respond quickly.
- Comfort using a computer, phone, and handheld scanner.
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand or walk for long shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or hospitality experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and create a welcoming first impression.
- Assist with ticket sales, ticket swaps, and ticket pickups.
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Keep the desk, kiosks, and lobby clean.
- Check tickets, distribute 3D glasses, and help guests find their way.
