About The Position

The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Guest Relations Attendant to join the Ho'olei Villas Team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. This position will require a Motor Vehicle Report and Drug Testing upon being offered due to driving the shuttle from the main lobby at Grand Wailea to the Ho'olei Villas. Responsibilities

• Support guest services operations: Coordinate department activities and support lobby and bell team members as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality guest service
• Provide exceptional service: Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, guests, and team members
• Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly and assist with directions, local recommendations, and general information as needed to enhance the guest experience
• Prepare group documentation: Organize and verify all paperwork, rooming lists, and necessary details to ensure accurate and timely delivery of guest amenities and group luggage
• Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
• Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
