Guest Relations Associate (Per-Diem)

About The Position
Oasis Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring a Guest Relations Associate to welcome patients during admission and help them feel special and welcomed. The role includes assisting with and completing admission paperwork. The associate is expected to maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional demeanor; understand and anticipate patients’ needs; and take ownership of getting things done. The position also requires sensitivity to patients’ rights, strict confidentiality, and cooperative, respectful relationships with coworkers while supporting staff in their duties.
Requirements
- Experience in an SNF is required.
- Customer service experience is required.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident and friendly demeanor.
- Positive, encouraging, and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients upon admission and help them feel welcomed.
- Assist with and complete admission paperwork.
- Anticipate patients’ needs and take ownership of addressing them.
- Respect patients’ rights and maintain patient confidentiality.
