About The Position

Emerge Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Guest Relations Associate to join its team. The role welcomes patients upon admission and assists with admission paperwork. The associate is expected to create a positive, welcoming experience, anticipate and respond to patient needs, protect patient rights and confidentiality, and maintain respectful working relationships while supporting staff. This is a per-diem position paying $19.00 per hour, scheduled Monday through Friday with weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Confidence and a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon admission and help them feel welcomed.
• Assist with and complete admission paperwork.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional demeanor.
• Be understanding and attentive, anticipate patient needs, and take ownership of getting tasks done.
• Demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to patients’ rights.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain cooperative and respectful working relationships and support staff in performing their duties.
