About The Position

Momentum at South Bay for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Guest Relations Associate to join its team. The role focuses on welcoming patients upon admission, assisting with admission paperwork, anticipating patient needs, and supporting a positive patient experience. The associate is expected to maintain a professional, positive, and encouraging demeanor, protect patient confidentiality, and work cooperatively with staff. The position is full-time, with a shift of 12 PM–8 PM, Monday through Friday, and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon admission and help them feel special and welcomed.
• Assist with and complete admission paperwork.
• Be understanding and attentive, anticipate patient needs, and take ownership of getting things done.
• Demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to patients’ rights.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain cooperative and respectful working relationships and support staff in performing their duties.
