About The Position

The Guest Experiences Attendant III greets and serves guests at park entrance booths and helps ensure guest satisfaction. The position frequently involves cash handling and reservations. Employees generally perform regular duties independently and refer questionable situations to a supervisor. This is a part-time role at Little Miami Golf Course with various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

An appropriate combination of education, training, coursework, and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Ability to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Basic computer skills.
State Motor Vehicle Operator’s License that meets GPHC current carrier guidelines.

Responsibilities

Perform job duties in accordance with Great Parks' policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
Maintain the confidentiality of confidential and sensitive information.
Work the assigned schedule, maintain regular and punctual attendance, and work outside the normal schedule as required.
Greet and serve guests to ensure satisfaction, and handle guest inquiries.
Transport change orders and possibly merchandise, food, mail, and supplies.
Open facilities and prepare them for daily business.
Close and secure facilities at the end of the business day.
Operate the point-of-sale system, reservation system, cash box, and cash register.
Assist guests at welcome entrance booths, sell motor vehicle permits, and monitor compliance.
Maintain cleanliness of guest and employee areas, including restrooms, and perform other housekeeping duties as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
