About The Position

You will lead team culture, guest experience, daily store execution, visual presentation, local store excitement, and operational flow while helping shape the atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Requirements
- Leadership experience in specialty retail, boutique management, hospitality, restaurant front-of-house leadership, event coordination, customer experience businesses, or team-centered service environments.
