About The Position
Kilwins is looking for energetic, guest-focused team members to help create the warm, exciting, memorable experience our customers have come to love. This is much more than a cashier position. As a Guest Experience Associate, you are one of the first smiles customers see, one of the voices they remember, and a key part of the atmosphere that makes guests want to come back. You will help customers celebrate birthdays, pick out gifts, enjoy ice cream, sample chocolates, and leave with a great experience, all while working in a fast-moving, team-centered, high-energy environment. If you love staying active, interacting with people, and working somewhere fun and upbeat, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting and engaging every guest
- Answering product questions and making enthusiastic recommendations
- Upselling treats, gift items, and add-on purchases
- Serving ice cream, chocolates, fudge, caramel apples, and specialty sweets
- Assisting with phone orders and customer requests
- Helping keep displays stocked, fresh, and visually appealing
- Preparing simple in-store items such as waffle cones and product packaging
- Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and polished presentation
- Working as part of a fast-moving team during busy rushes
- Creating a positive, upbeat atmosphere for guests and coworkers
