About The Position

SEA LIFE Missouri is hiring part-time Guest Experience Hosts to create memorable guest experiences across the aquarium. Hosts may work in Admissions, Retail, Events, Birthdays, Food & Beverage, and other areas. The role involves welcoming and engaging guests, maintaining attractive and ready-to-use areas, safely managing lines, following opening, closing, and safety procedures, and delivering excellent customer service in a playful, safe environment.

Requirements

• A fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Nice To Haves

• Six months to one year of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions.

Responsibilities

• Spread joy, energy, and a friendly Merlin welcome.
• Connect meaningfully with guests of all ages.
• Keep assigned areas clean, attractive, and ready for guests.
• Help manage lines safely while maintaining an enjoyable guest experience.
• Follow opening, closing, and safety procedures.
• Provide high-quality customer service across aquarium areas, which may include Admissions, Retail, Events, Birthdays, and Food & Beverage.
