About The Position

European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Experience Associate, also referred to in the posting as an Aesthetic Sales Consultant. The role delivers exceptional service and memorable experiences to guests by sharing information about the center’s services and products and helping guests feel confident. It also offers the opportunity to earn sales commissions and bonuses while working as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced beauty environment. The position involves guest outreach, collaboration with Wax Specialists, and sales-related work. The role may require opening and closing the center as a key holder, along with a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The stated average compensation is $16–$25 per hour, including base pay, bonus, and commission.

Requirements

Six months to one year of prior sales and customer service experience is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Consistent attendance and reliability.
Driven, outgoing, and personable disposition.

Nice To Haves

Experience with P.O.S. software is preferred.
Experience with KPIs and sales goals in a retail or beauty environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Share information about services, products, and wax passes with guests while enhancing their experience.
Analyze guest profiles and collaborate with Wax Specialists to maximize guest opportunities and sales potential.
Conduct guest outreach to encourage guests to return to the center.
Help create a positive, professional, and confidence-building guest experience.
